A Note About Shipping Charges: If you order more than one Title, you may have to use more than one of the three provided Shipping drop-down boxes on the form. If you are unsure of the shipping charges, please call 1-303-979-5820 or choose the "Shipping will be added to total" option and we will add the final shipping amount to your charges.

Every order must include shipping charges. Please select the appropriate charges from the shipping section of the form or call us to get the rate on quantity orders. The appropriate shipping charges will be added to your total if you forget to add them to your order.
